Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 17 October 2026
Welcome to Skilloopz. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Skilloopz website and your enrolment in any Skilloopz program, course or related service (together, the “Services”). In these Terms, “Skilloopz”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the Skilloopz training business, and “you” means any visitor, applicant or learner. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry or application, making a payment or joining a session, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require a physical or digital signature. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must enrol on your behalf, give consent for the processing of your personal data and accept these Terms. We may ask for proof of age or guardian consent at any time.
3. Our programs and services
- Skilloopz offers skill-training programs delivered through live and/or recorded sessions, hands-on projects, assessments, mentoring and career support.
- Program duration, syllabus, schedule, trainers, tools and batch timings are described on the website or communicated at enrolment. We may update or replace them to keep content current, change a trainer or reschedule a session, with reasonable notice where practicable.
- Learning outcomes depend on your own attendance, effort, practice and prior background. We do not promise any particular skill level, grade, certification or result.
4. Enrolment, fees and payment
- Your enrolment is confirmed only after we receive the applicable fee and send you a confirmation by email, WhatsApp or through the learning platform.
- All fees are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Taxes, including GST, are added or included as applicable and shown at the time of payment.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways and banks. Skilloopz does not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
- If you choose an instalment plan, you agree to pay each instalment by its due date. Access may be paused if an instalment is overdue.
- Fees, offers and discounts shown on the website or in promotions apply only for the period stated and may be changed or withdrawn for future enrolments.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed solely by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it before you pay.
5. Access and learner conduct
Your enrolment is personal to you and cannot be transferred, shared or resold. You agree to:
- keep your login details confidential and not allow others to use your account or attend sessions in your place;
- attend sessions and complete assignments and projects honestly, without plagiarism or cheating;
- treat trainers, mentors, staff and other learners with respect, and not harass, abuse, discriminate against or threaten anyone;
- not use the Services for anything unlawful, or attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape or reverse-engineer the website or learning platform.
We may warn, suspend or end access without refund if you seriously or repeatedly breach this section.
6. Intellectual property
All content provided through the Services, including videos, session recordings, slides, notes, assignments, project material, code samples, logos, the Skilloopz name and website design, belongs to Skilloopz or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. You must not copy, record, screen-capture, distribute, publish, sell or share any session or material without our written permission.
7. Placement and career support
Skilloopz provides career support such as resume reviews, interview preparation and introductions to hiring companies, on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee a job, an interview, an internship, a particular employer or a particular salary. Any placement figures, salary ranges, learner counts or ratings shown on the website are indicative, based on information available to us at the time, and are not a promise that you will achieve the same result. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers.
8. Certificates
A Skilloopz certificate of completion may be issued if you meet the attendance, assessment and project requirements of your program. It is a record of participation in a Skilloopz program and is not a degree, diploma or other qualification issued by a university, board or government body, unless we expressly state otherwise.
9. Third-party tools and links
The Services may use or link to third-party tools, platforms and websites (for example video-meeting, payment, messaging or coding tools). They are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We work to deliver the Services with reasonable skill and care. Subject to applicable law, the website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skilloopz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of income, opportunity or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the fee you actually paid for the program concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, or any right you have as a consumer, that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to compensate Skilloopz for any loss, claim or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees due, or if required by law. You may stop attending at any time, but the fees paid remain subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to first raise any concern through our Grievance Officer (see section 15) so we can try to resolve it quickly. Subject to this, the courts at the place of Skilloopz’s registered office in India will have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to approach the Consumer Commission or other forum available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or to use the National Consumer Helpline (1915).
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last changed. Changes apply to enrolments made after the update; for existing learners, material changes will be communicated by email or WhatsApp. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Grievance Officer and contact
In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, you can raise any complaint with our Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it.
